Fell out on a ride. Shifter now dangling around. Anyone know where I can get a spare?

Seems to be a custom screw..Countersunk M5 0.5mm pitch 10mm long T25 head (though I'm no expert)

All my M5s (eg disc rotor) have a coarser 0.7 or 0.8mm pitch.

I've fixed that exact issue on the trail using a disc bolt, not sure if more recent SRAM shifters will allow the same.

Was a bottle cage bolt trailside fix for me but neither that nor a rotor bolt will hold it tight. Definitely different thread.

Rotor bolts. Same pitch... I use them no problem on XX1, Eagle XX1 and Bontrager dropper lever.

He's talking about the bolt that holds the matchmaker onto the brake lever clamp, not the shifter to the matchmaker, it's a much finer thread than that.

They're like hen's teeth. I needed one as well. If you Google it, you might a certain small UK bike company has a supply of them.
