My 30T MRP ring is coming to its last, what alternatives are there (or should I go MRP again)

Ive seen the Works Components one

And I think there's a Sram one too they have just started making?

Cheers

I was about to click 'buy' on the sram one piece chainring but I'm a little confused by the choice in offset.. Any assistance?

Absolute Black Oval does Ok for me. Good explanation of the offset on their site (basically GXP and BB30 versions)

I've got a SRAM direct mount one that's been spot on.

For offset advice, CRC have got a document on the page about which one to choose for your cranks.

The Sram ones are £67 already

They are also X-Sync. Is this just marketing babble for narrow-wide?

I run Works components 30tooth on my Codeine, runs lovely and so far is outlasting original SRAM cream cheese item.
