I am having a look at the options for pads for SRAM Force 1 disc pads. Any recommendations for alternative pads other than the SRAM brand ones? Cheers 🙂

Disco brakes sintered have proven the worth, happily recommend them.

Gorilla pads, cheap and seemed to give better braking than SRAM originals. Oh, and lasted a lot longer too

+1 for uberbike. I used the Kevlar pads.
Also used superstar when they had them in stock. They equally good.

I've been using the Uberbike Race Matrix pads but I find them to be incredibly noisy, especially in the wet.
Does anyone else find this?

Are Race Matrix really the best choice when you’re not going to be getting that much heat through them?

Probably not to be honest but I've been using the bike for commuting lately which was never my intention so it's just what they have at the moment.
I'll probably look at getting a different compound when these are worn out.
