Matey's AXS mech has shit itself. C-clips missing and the pins are hanging out.
Quick and cheap solution would be a 12 speed SLX mech and shifter.....

Yeah, the Shimano cassette is 10-51 so hardly any difference, it works fine
Yep fine . I ran xt mech shifter with gx 10-50 cassette and chain .. Slick shifting

+1 been running slx mech and shifter with a gx cassette for years. It is 10-50 not 52 but can’t see why it wouldn’t work.
(Assuming you’re talking about a normal axs setup. No idea about how it works with a transmission cassette).
