Is this [url= https://www.sram.com/sram/road/products/pg-1170-cassette ]SRAM PG-1170 casstte[/url] fit this [url= https://www.dtswiss.com/Wheels/MTB-Wheels/XR-1501-Spline-ONE-22-5 ]DT Swiss XR 1501 SPLINE ONE wheels[/url]? This wheels have Shimano MTB 11 / SRAM 10 freehub body.
I have Opne U.P. equipped with SRAM Force CX1 groupset and looking for a new lightweight 27.5" wheels.

As above, the csssette is road 11 speed and the hub is MTB 10/11 so it won't work. You could make it work with lathe on the freehub body....
You need a road 11 speed free hub to use that csssette.

If you want lighter weight get a wheel/cassette with an XD freehub
