Could I use a GXP chainset in a BB30 frame?
(or vice versa?)
Are the chainsets the same and just the bb itself is of different dimensions?
You can get an adaptor to fit GXP chainset (22/24mm spindle) into a BB/PF30.
Other way round - doubtful, you'd need bearing cups that could fit in a BSA threaded frame and take a 30mm spindle.

A BB30 won't fit a BSA shell with external bearings - Rotor BSA30 cranks have a longer spindle. GXP into BB30 not a problem.
