Anyone had an issue with their pogo pins not popping out and making contact with the battery?
If you have;
1. Did you have any success with a warranty claim?
2. If no warranty success did you replace the pins and if so how easy and successful was the repair?

Thanks. Looking at the work involved I hope the warranty route succeeds. It’s less than 12 months old.
on a similar note my 5th Fox neo Seatpost is due back today for a similar issue. I currently have them on both bikes which are both less than 2 years old!
I've had this issue twice on 2 separate bikes. Both times they were replaced under warranty no problem
Warranty replacement was straightforward. Can be done via any SRAM service centre.
