[Closed] SRAM AXS Dropper Post Issue - Anybody had the same?

Afternoon all.

I was updating the firmware on my AXS Dropper this morning via my phone, had a phone call, which I ignored and just let it ring through. However the update cancelled itself..

The dropper is now completely dead, no signs of any life at all. Even with a new battery installed.

Has anybody had a similar issue with any AXS products? And any way round..

I have rang SRAM, and they have said it needs to go back. But I purchased it when they first came out, and can't find the receipt anywhere!
