Can the X01 or X1 be swapped out for the more reasonably priced PG-1130

Looking at a bike that comes with X01 but the price of a replacement cassette is just crazy. Ideally I would swap out to XT.

What a mess... road/mountain, [s]xd/non-xd[/s], all under the same name:
https://www.sram.com/sram/mountain/products/pg-1130-cassette
https://www.sram.com/sram/road/products/pg-1130-cassette-0
https://www.sram.com/sram/road/products/pg-1130-11-42t-cassette

l.e. Sorry, my bad. None of the pg-1130 varieties is XD compatible and cannot replace an X01.

The cheapest replacement you can get is XG-1150 (about 96 euros bundled with a chain)

That XG above is lighter and wider range than any XT cassette, and is a similar price (especially with the bundled chain since you'll need a change of chain when your cassette wers out)

Add the fact that going XT would require a change of freehub and there's no way I'd even consider it. SRAM all the way
