Suntour Epicon RL 140mm.3 years old.The shock seems to still be working.Noise of liquids moving about.Small leakage of odourless oil.Do you think i,ve broken the seals?Or is it shot.Rebound,compression and lockout still working.It also still holds its air well.Thanks for any help in advance.

I would say it needs a service mate, new seals

My RP23's just gone back to Mojo for the same thing, cavitation or summink. Nitrogen getting into the oil. It only came back in December after the same fault, done about 3 rides then stood for 5 weeks, bounced it up & down on Thursday to hear 'squelch squelch squelch'

At the very least;

take the shock off the bike
write down/remember what shock pressure you had/run it at
empty all the air out the shock
unscrew the 'air can' (the fatter part of the shock body). Likely you'll need a strap wrench for this though
clean everything you can
put a bit of suspension grease on the shaft and seals
screw back together
pump back up (likely youll need a shock pump if youve not got one)
refit shock to frame

should get rid/reduce the noise for a bit. Most likely won't help the oil(/air?) leak though

I had this on my Fox RP23 too, tried self servicing it, but made no difference, so sent it back to Mojo and it's been right as rain ever since... Mine only did it with the Pro pedal on tho'

Sorry can't help with Suntour servicing places, try Mojo first they might know who does.
