Is it possible?
Wife of wiles has custom-cranks (square taper), she also likes the look of a giant/liv lust (press fit).
My brain tells me that the sq'taper bb will simply function as an extractor when tightened against a threaded insert adaptor thingy.
Anyone proving my brain wrong?

Pf42 and bb30-Yes (with BSA) adaptors.
BB86-No (but I'm happy to be proved wrong...though I see no physical way how it would work)
