I was knocked off my bike about 3 years ago by some muppet pulling across in front of me, in general I've totally recovered, but my left wrist, which I badly sprained at the time continues to give intermittent pain, right now, it's really sore, does anyone have any exercises that I can do when the pain eases to help strengthen it?

broke a bone in my wrist a couple of weeks ago and have at least 2 weeks before the cast comes off :cry:.
