Hi,
anyone care to make a recommendation?
Any advice gratefully received,

In time honoured "recommend what you use even if it doesn't meet the requirements" STW fashion, I use Paul Ray at Spondon, recommended to me by several runners and cyclists. Depends which side of Nottingham you are, of course.

I'm sure there are more local options though.

Where in Nottinghma are you? Is Carlton convenient enough? If so, I recommend Fit With. Used Sian a few times now and will be my first port of call for any further physio needs. She really knows her stuff.

Loughborough Uni is worth a thought, best university in the world for sports-related subjects apparently

@tall_martin your wife was recommended to me on another group as my daughter needs an ankle checking out - no wonder she's busy!

Josh Makinson in Arnold/Daybrook/Woodthorpe & I think he may have a clinic in Southwell too.

Very nice guy and awesome physio; always manages to straighten my fat arsed carcass out 👍🏻

I'm not in the area anymore but Seth at Keyworth physio was great when I was. He also specialises in ankles.
