Sports Physio. Nottingham

In time honoured "recommend what you use even if it doesn't meet the requirements" STW fashion, I use Paul Ray at Spondon, recommended to me by several runners and cyclists. Depends which side of Nottingham you are, of course.

I'm sure there are more local options though.

Never been to a physio since

Where in Nottinghma are you? Is Carlton convenient enough? If so, I recommend Fit With. Used Sian a few times now and will be my first port of call for any further physio needs. She really knows her stuff.

Loughborough Uni is worth a thought, best university in the world for sports-related subjects apparently

I'm not in the area anymore but Seth at Keyworth physio was great when I was. He also specialises in ankles.
