My legs have been extremely tight over the last few weeks, my calves in particular feel very knotty.
I think I'd benefit from a sports massage.
Any recommendations for someone in Glasgow or Ayrshire?
I've used a woman called mandy belch. She practices out of Newlands tennis club on the south side of Glasgow.
