Why would anyone want one at a £100. Thats 6-7 36 sets of DT spokes, so why would anyone want that?

To save having to buy boxes of every possible size spoke?
No point buying 100s of spokes, if you're only ever going to need a few to fix a kids bike wheel.

Much quicker and more convenient than cutting and re-threading.

I carry a couple of spoke like this when touring as an emergency drive side replacement spokes.

you bend the spoke to shorten it so that it is no longer straight into the hole... I would not be adding extra bends to spokes to be honest...wonder if it is a bit springy on landing/flexy?
