I used 264mm all round last time, you can use 262mm on the shorter dish side (drive and front disc). There are some calculators out there if you want to be sure.

Question is... Why not just buy Hope Hoops, far cheaper than the constituent parts!

I thought I had it cheaper than the Hoops, with the vouchers and sales and the like at CRC & Wiggle.

Bought a set of these pre built earlier this year.
Included in the purchase were a couple of spare spokes for both front & rear.
Just measured them up & agree with Deveron53, 264mm for both front and rear.
