[Closed] Spesh "the captain" as a front tyre?

They're not very quick, but they're a decent, predictable, good value tyre. I was pleasantly surprised by them.

i have them on both my xc bikes and as stated above they are a decent solid all round tyre, i also use fast tracks in the summer with no issues.

I found the captain a bit lacking up front riding round the peak and derbyshire through winter, so stuck a purgatory up front and left a captain on the back. I imagine it would be great up front in this weather, but I'm too lazy to change tyres for seasons.

I've got a 2.2 Purgatory front & 2.0 Control on the back. They came with the bike & seem to suit front/rear duties well.

what 2bliss would you recommend nick?
