Hi, after some advice, I have a maverick speedbal post, really happy with it but would like a remote for it. Do the ones available for the joplin work?

It should be obvious from looking at it. It's just a gear cable that pulls the lever:

Well thanks for that, no hugely helpful though. Key question is if the kit will fit onto a speedball post rather than the joplin it is sold to fit?! while the look similar I would like to be sure before I splash out?! anyone else?
