Aftenoon peeps,
My home insurance (direct line) will not allow me to add a £3k bike to the policy due to the value, it's only covered for £2k if stolen from home or garage, fair enough.
I have 6 months left so need to sort something bike specific at least until I can change to a bike friendly home insurance company.
Has anybody got any good recomendations as to whom I could get a quote from please?

Try Butterworthinsurance.co.uk.
They are pretty comprehensive and do a discount for LCC members.
For info, premium seems to be around ten per cent including third party and personal injury.
Not sure about claim service although started a claim yesterday, so will post when i have feedback.
