I'm looking at some Specialized BG insoles to try and improve the comfort of my Shimano road shoes. The shoes are size 46 - any ideas which Specialized size is comparable?
Options are:
- 44-45
- 45-46
- 46-47
Or are there other aftermarket insoles to consider as a better fit?

I think they are not. I have a Shimano size 44 mtb shoe 27,8cm insole length and a 43 Specialized road shoe with 27,5. Surprisingly the Specialized feels more roomy due to the larger toe box.
