Hi guys,
Im looking for a few tips,......well full instructions would be nice!
I need to replace the bearings on the front wheel on my specialized stout hub.
They seem to be cartridge types and i have prized off the rubber conical covers to reveal the following and one side is siezed so it can not be turned by hand but can be turned with grips.

I dont know what to remove now or indeed how..... Any tips??
