2016 sirrus sport carbon road bike.
Has anyone managed to put a pannier rack on the back? If so how and what make please?

Is the route I'm going, will have to wait a little to see how it looks!

Any of the seatpost-mounted racks should do it. You might need to consider swapping your seatpost for an alloy one if it's currently carbon as the rack needs to be cranked up pretty tight. If you go for the Topeak Beam rack then the V-Type might be best as it'll lower the C.O.G. a little.

I think your bike has a hidden fender mount at the seatstay bridge so you could fit an Axiom Streamliner.

If you don't have that fitting at the bridge then a seatpost clamp with rack mounts would give you a suitable top fixing point.
