Very impressed with the Purgatory on the front of my bike but want something a bit faster on the rear for a trip to Morocco in April.
Despite many searches I can't find these in the UK. Anyone know anything different?
I was after some a few months ago and couldn't find any for love nor money. I emailed one seller and they came back saying the 29er Ground Controls are now discontinued. I ended up with Schwalbe HD on the front and NN on the rear. Twice the price but the price of Purgatories seems to have jumped up since.
Cheers, from what I've read the 2.3 is a 2013 tyre! Doesn't seem to be available in the UK tho 🙁
I've toyed with the idea of a NN or RaRa, but I've seen more punctures and tears on NNs than any other tyre so probably don't want to take the risk with them.
My mate, has them. Will find out where he got them from.
Spesh UK are only bringing in the 2.1 version at the moment.
