[#2230853]

I have an Enduro with the Specialized E-150 tripple clamp forks with the 25 mm axle. They kill me. There is little or no small bump responce. I've had a set service and even bought another set to see if there was a difference. I just can't seam to set them up properly.
What is the best alternative ?
I have a spare front wheel that i can have the hub replaced on so I guess I'm after a new front fork and hub.
Any suggestions please ?

Have you fiddled with the spike valve pressure?

Have a real good read through this thread mate, if you're reasonably confident with servicing your own fork (it isn't hard) then there's a ton of great info in there... the E150 is a top fork, but it does need a bit of work to get the best out of it (but them, so do a lot of forks tbh).

That looks like the answer to me.
Is it just a change of front hub or are there other things I need to do (stem , bars etc.) ?

Oh yes ...........GRRRR indeed !

You'll need a new stem and hub.
