Do specialized still do crash replacement schemes for helmets?
if so does anybody know how to get it sorted ASAP? need a new lid for Mountain Mayhem!
yeah - sure they do, call them in the morning is your best bet.
I've done 2 in the last year or so; both times I've emailed to get a price for the replacement, then sent the remains back with a cheque and copy of the email.
When I sent one off just after Easter, I sent the old one at lunchtime on Tuesday and got the new one on Wednesday morning...
ive done it twice as well, just phoned them asked for a price & sent old helmet to them with payment, new one in a few days - job done
