i need a couple of sets of the plates that go inside the shoes and the cleats bolt into. 1 set has rusted through and another has bent.
Any ideas where i can get such things? tried LBS and they didn't have any

These? They are in demand today! Part number is 40N 0100 and any good bike shop can order them from Madison. I just offered my spare set to Rickee about 2 minutes ago, sorry.
Tried the wanted section? My Shimanos are starting to get a bit worn (cracked sole and splitting material suggests that a replacement will be required soon), so will go in the bin this year, but as far as I know, the plates are still okay.
If I was ready to replace, you could have the plates from mine, so maybe someone else has a set?
