Any idea where I would get a spare top cap for one of these?

Does it have to be an FSA one? there are plenty of tops caps avalaible as aftermarket parts, look on ebay
the same place you've linked to sell them 🙄
Perhaps I should have been clearer...not the top cap the bolt fits through, but the top part of the headset that covers the bearings...

I've got a spare, unused, for an Orbit X headset. If you can figure out if its the same thing then you're welcome to it for £7 (sorry, seems tight, but I botched the installation and knackered the lower race, meant I had to buy a new £50 headset, just want to recoup a little of that or at least earn myself a couple of pints out of the deal! 8) )
ta monk - I've just found a black one in the garage and I think the guy I got the frame off has the missing bit! If he doesn't and yours is white I'll get back to you.
