Has anyone successfully fitted mudguards to a space chicken running 700 wheels? If so, what did you put on?

I put on the cheapest set from Halfords they look pretty good, the front bolted on but I had to dremel and tie wrap the rear where it meets the seat-stay bridge to get it to fit perfectly.

I’ve used crudroadracers on a similar.
Uses Velcro and works surprisingly well and doesn’t look too bad either.
