ideally the forest side of the water, ideally cycling specific.

only one I know is spire which is good but very pricey if you self fund

what is the going rate an hour these days?

I'm using spire perform in Millbrook. Sorting me a treat! (But company health pays 😁 )

I all used one a the Fenwick lyndhurst a few years ago for back and core issues but no cycling specific.

Perhaps ask on the Sotonia forum?

spire would be ideally but at £220 for 3 hours a bit steep!  last time I did physio I think it was around £45 an hour....but that was a while ago.

Go & see Faith @ Hampshire Physio. She is a rider/racer so will be able to help.

DT78 mines specific to my muscular dystrophy- she's a special specialist according to her badge. I have 30 min sessions every 6 weeks cost £70 a time so not so bad.

She gives me loads of exercises to do though!
