Got BPW and BMCC booked up but need inspiration for day 3? Maybe a spin out after two days uplifts but would like it technical if possible. We'll be heading back north afterwards so can be in that direction as well...

There's an abundance of great stuff in that area,when you say technical what do you mean -steep ?Rocky ? etc .
For sign following fun Cwmcarn, Afan and Blaengarw ,for non signed adventuring Machen,Wylie,Draethen, Smilog(Llantrisant ) Brecons(Black Mountian Loop or Gap),Pontypool and Tirpentwys for starters .
Elan valley for an on the way home option, or FOD.
Probably staying in or around merthyr tydfil....
I've no real clue about the area so it's there any decent GPS routes of maps for the non signed routes?
Yeah by technical I mean steep I guess. We'll be on the 'cringe' enduro bikes so something to suit them but not afraid of a pedal out.
