Me and Mrs tootallpaul re heading off to Wales for half term week for our first campervan adventure.

Obviously bikes will be going with us, so we are looking for places to stop in South - South West Wales, round St Davids maybe.

Not too worried about trail centre stuff.

Any ideas?

Cheers all...

Paul

Recommend this place, there's some great pubs in Talybont, easy access to the Beacons or Afan for that matter.

We stayed at carn nwchan farm last summer, about 5 mins outside St David's. Amazing place that had just opened, sister site of Celtic Camping & Bunkhouse which was fully booked.
Rob (the owner) was a lovely guy and the place was a cross between a proper campsite & wild camping, 3 huge fields, pitch anywhere you like. Only facilities were a toilet block with spotless hot showers but the views over the bay were awesome!!! No restrictive campsite rules- dogs & campfires fine as long as you build a fire pit, Pembs coastal path (no cycling obvs) just over the wall). Perfect location really & quieter than all the mainstream sites.

Just googled it but no results so not sure if they're open again this year so try Celtic, that was our initial first choice and they may be able to give you more info.

Have a great trip, we will be going back soon!
