I have a 2006 Kona Cindercone , so what size BB do I need and what's the best one to buy , given that my local haunt is pretty wet and muddy all year.
This'll be my 3rd BB in 3years. 😯

so what size BB do I need
measure your BB cup for width.
and length depends on your cranks.

The best BB ive ever used is a royce one , last for ages 10 years so far and still going .
