I've got the upgrade bug and am thinking of selling my rear shock to fund it, but how do I value it?
It's an RP23 but was recently PUSH tuned and had the PUSHima shaft fitted as well as a Kashima high volume air can, all costing over £270
But I know a bog standard RP23 won't fetch anything like that amount.
Am I S. out of luck?

Pushing and kashima don't really add to the value of a shock. They make it ride better while you own it (well, pushing does anyway. Kashima does nothing). You'll maybe be looking at £150 in my eyes.

Upgrading to a CCDB Inline? If not, why not?

Not tried the CCDB air, but I think CC say the dividing line is about 150mm travel?
