Is this the same STW or have people been making new year's resolutions? There have been a couple of Hope threads recently and there hasn't been a single "I had a Hope <insert product here> for five years, it broke so I sent it off and it got fixed FOC so Hope are c**p!" posts.
Has the internet run out of sacrificial kittens?

I sent my 8-year old Hope vision 4 back to the factory just before Christmas. It arrived back, fixed, FOC within 6 days.
