Attention Burglary. My garage and camper van have been broken into in the East Midlands in England. At least 8 of my precious bicycles have been stolen. Some of these bikes are very unique and are not even for sale in the UK. If you come across any of these, please let me know.
They were all made by GT Bicycles:
Sensor LTS (new model size L, without front wheel) Mustard gold.
Sensor AOS (olive green)
eVerb electric bike w Shimano Steps motor, without battery. (neon yellow)
Grade carbon gravel bike (carbon w yellow fork)
Zaskar 100 Hans Rey edition (white)
Zaskar 100 reg. carbon edition
Zaskar Trials bike (white)
Legacy urban commuter bike (silver)

Not sure if serious... it’s shit, but not really any more, or less, shit than anyone having their bikes cleared out. His have a little more history, but I imagine GT will see him right anyway!

I'm calling Mackaskill as the perp. He's the only one I know who could ride that out...

Bloody awful. This is total targeting and is the man's livelyhood.  Bikes should be on front page of site.

This is total targeting

Only in the “that guy has several bikes” way, same as everyone else that gets done over

Poor chap. May not be any worse than someone else getting their stuff nicked, but still doesn’t make it any less sh1t.

In other Hans news he’s doing a series of talks about his cycling life, so fresh after seeing Steve Peat I’ve booked into see that.

I reckon that's pretty much the case in many recent thefts - see Stif in Summerbridge who had a massive number of carbon Santa Cruz stolen and Trek in Stocksbridge who had load of Trek eBikes nicked.

So yeah - it's targeting by organised criminal gangs, but as @legend said:

“that guy has several bikes” way, same as everyone else that gets done over

Coming back again!!  Definitely knew what they were doing and what they were after.  Stolen to order for a dodgy collector maybe?  They must have known he was away, easy to do when you're in the public eye.

Hopefully due to the bikes being easily recognisable they'll be recovered.  The same happened to Manon Carpenter when all her WC bikes were nicked, they couldn't punt them on so they were all returned.

That's sucks. Makes no odds he's a Pro. I bet his bonds to those bikes are strong.

Of all the places you'd expect a guy like Hans Rey to be living, East Midlands? Naw.

A collector of run of the mill GTs? Most of them aren’t exactly important bikes. More like, broke in, couldn’t get it all in one go, returned to finish the job

Why wouldn't he have a place there?

He's been seen riding Cannock Chase in the past.
