Gisburn is great, like the new additions, especially 'Swoopy'.
I am shite, bottled the black bit on Swoopy. I have no excuses other than it was raining hard and I didn't even know it was there so caught me by surprise.
Dropper posts, first ride with one, brilliant. I'm cynical about most new developments in bike technology but dropper posts really do transform a trail. Admittedly Gisburn isn't very steep or technical but it still came in very handy.
Horses. Why shouldn't horse riders clean up their animals' shite like dog owners do...

I did swoopy black on my sons 20 " wheeled bike - pinch flatted both wheels mind doing it but they they were both impressed !
Its built to ride and is just steep
It was dry though
