Did Mayhem this year as part of a team of 4 and we did ok. I felt really good and it has inspired me to try a solo 24 hour (the winner of mayhem solo ridng thru finish with 1 second to go and doing another lap was brilliant) Maybe not this year but probably next.Plenty of riding experience over the last 20+ years but not much competitive/endurance stuff. Any advice?? Mileage/ diet/ specific training. Not aiming for any kind of podiums but to push myself as far as i can. Thanks
