[#3835258]

As per title. Going for a Solaris build but what frame colour? Blue or orange? (yes I know that's not the right name pedants!)

Build is xt/hoops/haven finishing kit if matters.

Going crazy trying to decide....

Think it is yes. Love the blue - just something about the orange though. (matches hair colour maybe!!)

Orange.

When I bought my soul way back when, the choices were black or orange. Mrs "Credit Committee" North's OK for me building the bike was that the frame be black. Always wish I'd got the orange.

You know what you have to do.

The orange is great. Just wonder if after a while it may seem a bit too, well, orange...

The orange is being ditched soon in favour of an ace green.

The green is good but too long to wait.

Me, I'd wait for the green.

I'd wait too. Unless I was in the position to actually buy one, in which case there's ZERO chance I'd have the patience.

The blue's surprisingly lovely in the metal.

I had the same dilemma. I kinda pre-ordered a blue one then changed my mind.

I am waiting for a green one.

Except that I've also bought an orange one...

I have seen the blue in the flesh too (side by side even) and I can honestly say I prefer the orange. I could just about make do with the orange too, except that my mate is taking the orange off my hands and I've half a bike bought for him already....

I don't think you'd be disappointed with orange.

The next batch will be coming in Green, like this one here. I'd be waiting for that I think. Although the blue is lovely too.

True, depending on how it rides next week at the Demo, I'll decide whether that'd be too long to wait or not.

Orange and white FTW. It is very orange, but I'm not bored of walking past it in the hall yet. Be bold.

I agonised for ages about colour. Blue is better in the metal too.

Having seen them both, I honestly don't think that you'd be unhappy with either colour.

If they only came in blue, I'd still've been happy with it...

Its pretty much a win-win situation.

Its really not worth all the agonising, the bike is the main thing ๐Ÿ™‚

I went by component and fork colour, I think the blue suits white forks and silver bits better.

(Although I now have a black crank, post and fork now ๐Ÿ˜ณ )

Going hooPs/xt/haven carbon so mainly black stuff.

Orange prob nudging ahead in preference.

As above, guess the rides more important than colour!!!

Hmm. Went blue in the end after a trip to 18 bikes to look at both.

Just got to wait for the build now and go collect it.

Thanks Si and 18.
