[Closed] So who's fault was this then?
Driving home from work this evening on a narrow stretch of road a car in front of me passed an old boy on a road bike a bit close for comfort.
He caught the car up and started berating him but then lost control and binned in into the hedge. At no point was there any contact with the car.

Don't think you can really blame anyone else for falling off your bike unaided.
If someone was behind you, intimidating you, possibly yes. If they're in front of you, no. Doesn't really matter how angry you are.
