Seriously impressive - overcoming PPH to ride your bike and and from riding managing cardiac function. Makes my 'god I feel knackered' feel a bit pathetic!

I inadvertently joined a group ride with Sandy & his mates a few weeks ago - they ****ing destroyed me!
