Sorting out after riding with the kids this afternoon, and MrsMC suddenly pipes up with "Does your bike need bigger wheels?"
My immediate reaction was suspicion, followed by a fleeting hope that she had finally seen the light and was willing to agree the funding of a 29er, so I said " Yes darling, I think it does"
Turns out she felt that the amount of seat post showing made the wheels look small. Which offended me, as I believe my Soul is lovely just the way it is, even if it is 11 years old this year (hint, darling!)
