LBS has said if I take the shock down to them and supply the bushings they will fit them for nowt.

So basically i'm after tips, pointers, does and don'ts for removing a Fox RP2.

On a pitch?

Support the bike under the saddle or even the bb so the swing arm doesn't compress making things harder.

Undo the top bolt and remove.

Undo the bottom bolt and remove.

Take to lbs with beer/cake as a thank you.
