Anyone recently ridden from the Conway valley around Dolgarrog over past Llyn Cowlyd and then back over to Llan Crafnant from Capel Curig? Not go an OS map with me, but sure there was a bridleway past Llyn Cowlyd but I could be wrong.

Not recently, but yes there is a bridleway that follows the shoreline of Llyn Cowlyd, you can follow it down to the A5 then ride back to Capel Curig and then take the bridleway (Opposite Pinaccles) back up to Llyn Crafnant.
Done the loop a few times but not from the Dolgarrog end.
