[Closed] Snow in the South Lakes?

There was, and it seems to be more or less buggering off again now. There was a slight covering when I was out earlier, but we are down on the coast so there may be a little more inland.

would grizedale be snowy and icy?

Robs- thats a point if its thin-layered and the temp drops? Please feel free to keep us updated 😀

I am off up Coniston in the morning so will try and remember to update late afternoon when I get home!

Yeh it snowed this arvo/eve but its not very cold now and its starting to melt. Reckon it will be gone by the weekend

Still showing yesterday's batch just now - dawn at Tarn Hows, all iced over.

Although that was first thing thismorning, all melted by lunch 😉 Grizedale looked clear on my dash past too.
