Montain H2O jacket. Packs into a bag the size of an orange. Good jacket, carried mine in a pocket quite often, waterproof enough for steady rain, but real downpours will probably overwelm it. Worth having IMHO.

Ive been using the free thing I got from subscribing to cycling plus magazine.. its an altura something or the other. Packs up pretty small, and pretty waterproof. Theyre not doing the offer anymore, but it was only meant to be worth like £30, so I dont see the reason in spending £75 on something which is basically a plastic bag with a zip.

another vote here for montane h20 with same comment
also if you get a ticket for the specials my memory says that rude boys don't wear waterproofs - though this maybe a lyric
