My Boxxer Rides off ebay came with no springs and bearings under the U-Turn adjuster dial, so it winds itself down at the first few compressions

All I need is some 3mm diameter compression springs (max free length ~13mm, max solid height ~7mm) - Does anyone know where I can buy small quantities of springs online? I've tried some various websites but all have either large min. orders or hefty postage charges.

Ta

Rick

Can you nick some from a few pens? I seem to remember the ones in my Pikes were very similar only gold

I could maybe find you some springs at work that will do the job or even make you some.
I'm off until a week on Monday though, so not much help if you're in a hurry.

As rich-6 said; Biro's. Cut them in half and use the good end for the bearing.
