In on the market for a small saddle bag or corner frame bag big enough to hold a tube, levers and multi tool only. Anyone have any recommendations?
I recently brought one of these so I could ditch the Camelbak for <2hr rides.

It fits well in a number of places of my Cotic Rocket frame but I generally fix it under the top tube, leaving space in from for my lights battery back and space behind for my water bottle.
As we as the two CO2 cylinders, inner tube and tyre levers, I've also managed to fit a multitool (I put the levers on one side of the inner tube, multitool the other) and squeeze a cash card and notes behind the inner tube.
For the price I was quite impressed.
I’ve got a couple of synchros 250 waterproof saddle bags. Size is right for what you want, well made, doesn’t rattle about, waterproof and a single strap so it’s dropper post comparable. Great wee bag.
That dakine one seems just the right size for what I need, Rutland cycles had them reduced to £14 since I've brought two for both bikes.
Thanks
The best small saddle bags are Scott branded. They mostly hang from a W shaped bracket under the saddle rails.
Many bags have seatpost straps that are too long so I find I have to get the needle and thread out and stitch a bight in the strap to shorten it so the Velcro meets up.
I use the Ortleib Micro. Fully waterproof so no rusting multitool. I can fit two road inner tubes, two CO2 canisters, tyres levers and mini tool etc in it.

I've got the Ortlieb on my road bike and its ideal. I also like the no zips especially if you are going to use it off road, mud and zips aren't the best combination.
The only ones that don't fall apart, in my experience are the Carradice Carradura range.
Tried Ortliebs, Topeak, loads of other branded ones. They all fail with broken clips, zips or bad stitching after a few years.
The Carradice are the only ones that haven't failed yet.
The altura saddle bags are a good fit, IME a lot of bags end up almost vertical against the seatpost.
Not the toughest though.
Thinking of having a go at making my own using the altura as a pattern but with a roll top and a loop to hold a small pump.
I've got a Restrap frame bag on my Cotic. Does a nice job without getting in the way and the zip is nicely tucked out of the mud.
Try weecog for a custom frame bag that does not cost a fortune.
