Looking for a small front light for my road bike just as a means of being seen, nothing to expensive any recommendations?
V impressed with my Exposure Sirius. Especially mounted on a K-edge mount under my Garmin. The strobe/on setting is ace, and seemingly lasts forever.
I often suggest Moon for fairly inexpensive rechargeable lights that seem to be reliable. Meteor Auto X is quite compact and mines been going a few years. If you want they make a gopro Mount for it for a few quid so you could hang it under a garmin our front mount of that’s your thing.
I run that and a Moon Vortex as there are some proper bell*** drivers in Bristol. The Vortex is on a strobe through solid kind of mode and the Meteor on solid - in a middling sort of setting. If you get stuck and need more than just being sen the meteor also has a 400 lumen setting which is pretty bright.
Exposure have some very good deals at the moment on seconds. I have a switch mk2 on it's way. £44 I plus postage

It’s a lot of good stuff for the dosh as can now get it for under £40 if you look around. I have one of their PR range and the build quality and battery is very good. The beam pattern is road-specific, ie wide and flat, far-reaching and non-dazzling. The ability to flash/high-beam other road users from a simple push on the remote is really useful IME.

Exposure Trace. Really small and compact, lasts impressively well, and has the nice 'pulse' mode which I think is so much better than constant flash.
About 35 quid I think.
Oh, and I've had mine about 2 years with no issues whatsoever. Love the TraceR as well.

£50 for both was more than I have ever spent on lights but a 1 yr in still going strong and used on many many hrs of riding.
It’s the pulse sequence on them that I think makes the difference
I’m an Exposure fan and have lots of their lights, but for a be seen, low profile front light, I use a Knog Chippy. It lasts around 4-5 hours on flash, is utterly tiny and fits anything without need for a specific mount. I’ve got 5 of them and have been using them for years in all weathers without fault. You can see them from a km away.
I use a Moon Meteor on my road bike during daylight hours in the Autumn / Winter. Really small, about £15-20 but can still kick out 400 lumens if you get caught in the dark. I have it hanging underneath my GPS using a GoPro mount.
Had one of the small Moon bullet shaped ones before, that hangs off the bars. Great concept but the road spray killed it.
