Twisted my knee sleep walking last night which caused it to lock. Currently waiting at a & e as it is still locked and I am unable to walk without crutches. This is the second injury in 12 months caused by sleep walking. Anybody cursed with sleep walking?

Not me but Mrs lipseal does. Comical at times, as she switches lights on/off, gets dressed, tells me off for not doing my home work and I'm sure she pulled her back the other night because she can't think how it happened?
It's not that comical when your tired and need sleep, as I don't really need to have a conversation at 3 in the morning, also my 5 year old does it now and then but I hope she's going to grow out of it. If not I'm moving out, or sleep in the garage.

I tend to jump out of bed a lot with bad dreams rather than actual sleep walking. It looks like I may have torn my cartilage this time.
