Is anyone using these? Got a Vitus Dee-29 VR coming as a winter commuter and they seem to be a good option for fast-fit guards with decent coverage.

Do they need to be quick fitting?

My experience with any quick to install mudguards is they're equally quick to go out of alignment.

The 65mm blumells are great, all be it hard to get hold of sometimes.

On a related note, does anyone know a source of Off-brand mudguard stays that don't cost almost as much as just replacing the whole setup?

I've got a Velo 65 29 on the back end of my sonder and the coverage is great with a 1.75" tyre. Can't comment on fitting as the veloflexx looks somewhat different

They don't need to be quick fitting as it looks like I'll have threaded mounts available, but I do prefer tool-free attachment and removal if I'm honest. The Veloflexx got a fairly decent review on <cough> road.cc
